Hi! I’m Hungry (or Hazel, if you’re being formal). I write stories about lesbian romance, cosmic horror, cyborg zombies, sapphic yearning, demon maids, girls kissing girls, and the inevitable eldritch transmutation of mortal flesh. Then I post it on the internet!
My current projects are Maidens of the Fall and Necroepilogos.
Maidens of the Fall is a magical girl story flavoured with cosmic horror and science fiction, set in a dystopian England, filled with magical girl terrorists, eldritch dreamers, and a touch of trauma-core. Necroepilogos is a science fiction story set in the distant post-human future, about a group of reanimated zombies and their quest to tear down the nanomachine afterlife, with lots of gun fights and body modification and existential horrors. You can find both of them right here, and also cross-posted to Royal Road and Scribblehub.
I’ve also written Katalepsis, which is (for now) complete, though a sequel is on the horizon. Katalepsis is a cosmic horror and urban fantasy story about self-discovery, eldritch transformation, and making friends with the monsters, all set in a sleepy English university town. It can also be found right here.
All of this is only possible through the incredibly generous support of my audience; when I started writing web serials I had no idea that anything I wrote would be popular, let alone successful. If you want to support my stories and read more of my work, please head over to my Patreon and consider subscribing (if you can afford it, of course!) Patrons get several chapters in advance of the public readers; however, my stories will always remain free to read online.
At reader request I have set up an RSS Feed and a mailing list! (The form for the mailing list should be below, I’m using a plugin for it.)
However, please be aware that what you’ll actually get through the mailing list is password-protected chapters for patrons, and possibly all the other stuff I’m planning to use this site for (short stories, non-fiction essays, etc); some of my readers really want this regardless, though, so here it is!
